Senior Design Verification (DV) Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States. On-site in the office 5 days a week; no hybrid option.

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year in California.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and verify digital silicon IP using existing C or Python models.
• Take leading-edge digital silicon IP from concept through silicon bring-up.
• Create and maintain specifications, block diagrams, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Characterize IP performance using industry-standard tools and verification flows.
• Perform FPGA simulation and emulation.
• Collaborate with architecture, micro-architecture, physical design, and software teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Design Verification experience.
• Experience leading a team of Design Verification Engineers.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience verifying digital silicon IP through bring-up.
• Ability to work on-site in the Sunnyvale office 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synopsys tools.
• Experience with advanced-node processes below 12nm.
