Lead / Staff Full Stack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect enterprise-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows for Supply Chain, IT Operations, and Human Resources.
• Lead development of modern full stack web applications and foundational backend middleware platforms.
• Design secure, scalable, high-throughput integrations, enterprise APIs, MCPs, and integration frameworks.
• Define standards for prompts, tools, telemetry, authentication, authorization, observability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Design reference deployment architectures for ADP BYOC environments on AWS and drive production-ready AI solution deployment.
• Lead business workshops, act as the FDE technical subject-matter expert, establish engineering methodologies, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 9 years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, cloud-native application architectures, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture, authentication, authorization, secure integration patterns, APIs, and integration solutions.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Redpanda, LLM platforms, generative AI, and agentic workflow frameworks.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
• Experience deploying and operating enterprise-scale AI applications or autonomous agentic systems in production.
• Experience establishing engineering standards, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and mentoring technical teams.
