Sr. SW Engineer (AI Engineer)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Build and operate cybersecurity AI products for enterprise security teams.
• Develop agentic solutions for threat investigation, alert triage, security workflow automation, vulnerability analysis, and security decision-making.
• Apply LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, tool orchestration, context management, and model evaluation techniques.
• Build production-grade backend services, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies while improving solution quality, safety, reliability, latency, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, software engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building AI/ML, LLM-based, automation, data-driven, or intelligent software systems.
• Experience with LLM applications, AI workflow automation, AI assistants, copilots, or agentic AI systems, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, embeddings, tool calling, context management, and model evaluation.
• Strong programming ability in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java, C#, or Rust, plus experience with backend services, APIs, databases, CI/CD, automated testing, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, containers, serverless services, event-driven systems, observability, deployment automation, IAM, secrets management, and secure configuration.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, copilots, automation systems, or RAG-based products.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure software development, application security, cloud security, and common vulnerabilities.
