What you will do
- Design and develop machine software, including workflow scheduling programs and HMI interfaces.
- Integrate and debug industrial automation equipment connected to PLCs, robots, vision systems, and motion-control systems.
- Develop equipment control, data acquisition, real-time monitoring, state-machine, alarm, and operation-log functions using C#, C++, Python, or similar technologies.
- Implement and adapt industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT, and CAN bus.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on component selection and functional verification, while resolving software bugs and integration issues.
- Optimize equipment stability and performance and support fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance planning with production-line teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in engineering, automation, electronic information, mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience integrating software for industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in at least one of C#, C++, or Python, with experience using WinForms, WPF, or Qt for industrial upper-computer software.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, motion-control logic, equipment integration, and debugging.
- Strong problem analysis and fault-troubleshooting skills, including the ability to resolve compatibility and operational-stability issues.
- Availability for on-site debugging at different project stages and short-term business trips.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing large-scale automation projects.
- Experience developing machine-vision or robotic-arm projects.
