What you will do
- Lead product manufacturing campaigns from start to completion, ensuring quality and EHS standards.
- Assess and manage the robustness of transferring processes and analytical methods for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot and maintain process control system recipes and models.
- Investigate and report quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing or batch record reviews.
- Train process technicians and fellow engineers on updated processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering) or a Degree in Science with a Major in Chemistry.
- Strong technical knowledge in Process Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team across different cultures.
- Must be able to work onsite in Tuas, Singapore.
