What you will do

• Lead product manufacturing campaigns from start to completion, ensuring quality and EHS standards.
• Assess and manage the robustness of transferring processes and analytical methods for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshoot and maintain process control system recipes and models.
• Investigate and report quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing or batch record reviews.
• Train process technicians and fellow engineers on updated processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering) or a Degree in Science with a Major in Chemistry.
• Strong technical knowledge in Process Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team across different cultures.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tuas, Singapore.
