Location: Remote from Canada, the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, or Peru

Compensation: $100 per 1 million tokens of source code and $40 per 1 million tokens of Git history for standard non-exclusive licensing.

What you will do

• Connect existing Git repositories to the platform for evaluation.
• Select repositories for potential licensing and review token-volume breakdowns for source code and Git history.
• Review estimated licensing values and quality feedback.
• Improve repositories based on recommendations and resubmit them for evaluation.
• Select qualifying repositories for AI-training licensing and receive compensation when the code is used.

Requirements

• Own or control the licensing rights to original code repositories and be authorized to license them for AI training.
• Be able to verify repository ownership and relevant licensing rights if requested.
• Submit meaningful original software-development work.
• Have the authority to connect and submit repositories for analysis.
• Ensure repositories do not contain third-party material that cannot be sublicensed.
• Meet the platform's quality and technical requirements before licensing.
