Client Services Coordinator (Energy): Managing and analysing client electricity, gas, and water portfolios with an accent on bill validation, consumption analysis, and complex query handling. Focus on reviewing variable energy invoices, resolving metering disputes, maintaining validation reports, and communicating with clients and utility suppliers.
Location: Hybrid role based out of the Leeds, UK office. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

What you will do
- Validate invoices with variable elements, including flexible energy contracts.
- Handle and record complex client queries, including metering disputes.
- Analyse consumption data and conduct capacity reviews.
- Communicate with clients through email and meetings, with senior team support when required.
- Create and maintain bill validation reports for clients.
- Support relationships with key utility suppliers and contribute to ad hoc energy solutions workstreams.
Requirements
- Experience in data analytics and competent use of Excel.
- Experience handling large quantities of numerical data.
- Experience handling client queries in a complex business environment.
- Experience with client-facing communication.
- Relevant energy industry knowledge.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
