What you will do

• Act as a visible point of contact for residents and customers throughout property and infrastructure works.
• Engage residents through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
• Explain work processes and communicate project updates or changes.
• Coordinate the handover of keys to site teams.
• Provide customer aftercare and ensure works are completed satisfactorily.
• Manage expectations between residents, clients, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a client-side resident liaison or community engagement role.
• Experience with a contractor or within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Resilience, discretion, and respect when handling difficult situations in a public-facing role.
• Valid UK driving licence and own car required.
• DBS check required.
