Branch Manager - Montgomery

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, and operational activities of the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, deepen relationships, and make internal referrals.
• Drive customer acquisition, business development, community engagement, and calling programs.
• Coach, develop, recruit, and hire colleagues while building a strong branch team.
• Oversee operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance, as well as branch financial performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, customer service, process management, coaching, and communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking technology.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience.
