Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant (Health Plan)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Boston, Evanston, Princeton, New York, or Philadelphia, United States, with work from home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 annually, plus potential cost-of-living adjustments, bonuses, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Work with project leadership to define scopes, develop approaches, and organize project execution.
• Lead project tasks, coordinate meetings, and maintain project data and progress.
• Analyze client issues, develop hypotheses, and design qualitative and quantitative analyses to test them.
• Synthesize findings into recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership, contribute to business development, and support internal firm activities.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• MBA with a bachelor's degree and a strong academic record in business, economics, marketing, psychology, sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field; a relevant PhD or 5–8 years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant experience and 3–5 years of pre-MBA experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, synthesis, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Ability and motivation to lead and manage teams, with a mature, proactive, and quality-focused approach.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
