Manager, Strategy & Consulting (Biopharma)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with an average minimum of 2.5 onsite days per week at a commutable hirify.global site.

Annual base salary: $106,000–$176,600, plus a 15% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead workstreams for strategic projects across U.S. Commercial, International Commercial, Corporate, and R&D functions.
• Analyze market dynamics, macro trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and internal processes.
• Assess market development, product and portfolio prioritization, competitive advantage, and business opportunities.
• Develop data-driven strategic recommendations by combining qualitative and quantitative research.
• Present recommendations to senior executives and collaborate with business-unit leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build a collaborative work environment, mentor colleagues, and contribute to internal and external thought partnership.

Requirements

• Must be permanently or indefinitely authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Successful completion of the hirify.global MBA Strategy & Consulting Summer Associate Program.
• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program after completing the first year, with graduation planned for Spring 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of full-time experience, including relevant healthcare or biopharmaceutical strategy experience.
• Strong problem-solving, project leadership, stakeholder influence, qualitative and quantitative analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with a basic understanding of finance and P&L implications.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of biopharmaceutical consulting experience.
