Global Clinical Project Manager - Vendor Management Expert (Home-Based in Europe)

What you will do

• Manage vendor activities across global clinical trials from study start-up through close-out.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, deliverables, coordination, and site activation support.
• Track vendor performance, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables supporting database lock and study closure.
• Monitor vendor effectiveness through KPI and KQI dashboards, site-readiness documentation, risk mapping, and contingency planning.
• Control and oversee vendor costs at the study level.

Requirements

• Experience in global clinical project management across clinical trials.
• Strong vendor management expertise in at least two of the following areas: central lab, eCOA, IRT, ECG, imaging, ancillaries, or patient recruitment and retention.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations processes and vendor service categories.
• Strong project management, communication, influencing, risk management, and performance management skills.
• UK visa sponsorship is not available.
• Applicants must be based in the listed location to be considered.
