Technology Instructor (Microsoft)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid schedule with residency in the San Francisco office

Salary: $81,640–$130,585 annually

What you will do

• Respond to end-user and client technology questions, provide coaching, and recommend best practices.
• Prepare, organize, and deliver in-person and online technology instruction and end-user support.
• Evaluate technology usage patterns and advise attorneys and staff on effective use of firm applications.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design curricula and job-support solutions.
• Create written, visual, audio, and video content, including software tips, teasers, and recaps.
• Maintain instructional records, evaluate program effectiveness, and write technical knowledge-base articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least three years of experience delivering technology training in an adult learning environment.
• Advanced knowledge of office productivity software and Microsoft operating systems.
• Advanced knowledge of mobile operating systems.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule while being resident in the San Francisco office.
