Location: Europe; fully remote

Salary: €500 per month, paid monthly after work approval.

What you will do

• Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses in Mandarin for accuracy, fluency, reasoning, and contextual fit.
• Write model answers and prompts that demonstrate correct, well-reasoned responses.
• Identify factual, logical, cultural, terminological, and phrasing issues and explain how to correct them.
• Review tone, register, and cultural nuance for a mainland Chinese audience.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Mandarin with a strong understanding of language use in mainland China.
• English at approximately B2 or higher for following prompts and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment regarding tone, register, and natural phrasing.
• Reliable documentation of evaluation decisions and comfort working from written guidelines.

Nice to have

• Degree in translation, linguistics, localization, communications, or a related field.
• Professional translation or localization experience.
• Familiarity with MQM/LQA frameworks, CAT tools, translation memory, termbases, and automated checks.
• Previous AI data training or evaluation experience.
