Associate Program Manager - Invest (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus eligible annual discretionary cash bonus and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Deliver strategic initiatives across Securities-Directed Trading and Managed Portfolios from scoping through post-launch optimization.
• Define roadmaps, timelines, milestones, success metrics, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Wealth, and data teams.
• Monitor KPIs including adoption, engagement, assets under management, and revenue.
• Improve onboarding, funding, trading, and portfolio enrollment to reduce friction and increase conversion.
• Analyze client behavior, product performance, and market trends; present recommendations, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in program management, product, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment products, trading platforms, and managed or advisory portfolios.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, stakeholder influence, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Diego headquarters and satisfy U.S. employment eligibility requirements.
