Business Program Manager - Privacy

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; employees must work in the office at least four days per week, with the option to work from home one day per week. Applicants must have valid US work authorization and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $93,400–$128,400 per year, with potential variable compensation and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate and support the global privacy program within the Financial Crimes Compliance group.
• Lead privacy and data protection risk assessments and related risk management activities.
• Plan and implement privacy program objectives, policies, procedures, training, and annual privacy notice updates.
• Represent privacy in Privacy Impact Assessments by evaluating requirements, tracking actions, and driving issue resolution.
• Support privacy and forensic investigations and escalate risks and issues to leadership.
• Partner with attorneys, business groups, information security, and other stakeholders to deliver privacy outcomes and decision support.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in privacy, investigations, risk management, or project management.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing policies and procedures and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyze issues, resolve problems, work independently, and collaborate across organizational teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort working through ambiguity.
• Valid US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience developing training materials.
• At least three years of privacy risk and program management experience, particularly in a large financial services company.
• IAPP certification such as CIPM, CIPP, or CIPT.
