Operations Executive - Remote

Location: Saudi Arabia; remote work with a 6-day shift pattern

hirify.global is a regional super app for home services, offering cleaning, salon and spa, healthcare, maintenance, and other services across more than 10 cities.

What you will do

• Improve fulfillment rates by identifying and closing supply-demand gaps before bookings are affected.
• Monitor professional utilization and reduce unfulfillment week over week.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and empathetically, including escalations.
• Maintain accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and service quality.
• Run outbound calls to quality-grading standards and contribute to operational improvement projects.
• Own fulfillment and utilization targets and lead a small efficiency improvement during the first 90 days.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations or customer support, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Fluent Arabic and solid working English required for daily customer communication.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with metrics.
• Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Availability for a 6-day shift pattern to support customers seven days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the service industry or an on-demand or marketplace business.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tooling.
