Focus on troubleshooting OnCore budget structures, validating study data, and reconciling Workday effort offsets with clinical trial budgets.

Location: Brookline, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $75,100–$84,500 per year

What you will do

  • Build and amend clinical trial budget calendars in OnCore CTMS according to executed agreements, institutional guidelines, and study requirements.
  • Coordinate with the OnCore CTMS vendor on budget builds, queries, quality checks, and SOP compliance.
  • Analyze budgets and billing designations to verify financial accuracy and consistency with executed agreements.
  • Troubleshoot and test budget calendars, visit structures, and subject management functionality in OnCore.
  • Track study staff effort allocations in OnCore to support Workday offset accuracy and financial reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Medicare Coverage Analysts, Financial Analysts, Accounting Specialists, study teams, and the CTMS vendor to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Experience building budgets in OnCore CTMS.
  • Knowledge of the clinical trials lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with financial systems and software, including the ability to develop reports and spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access.

Nice to have

  • At least two years of clinical research experience.
