Medical Science Liaison - Florida (Dermatology)

Location: Florida, USA; residents of the US and Puerto Rico only. Field-based role with local, regional, and national travel of up to approximately 50%. No relocation.

Annualized salary range: $185,200–$315,100.

What you will do

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other stakeholders in dermatology.
• Conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue and present clinical data on hirify.global products to healthcare professionals, academic institutions, investigators, and other stakeholders.
• Support scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, investigator-initiated trials, and collaboration with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with applicable policies and documentation requirements.
• Provide scientific training for commercial and internal colleagues, and support speaker training and advisory boards.
• Represent hirify.global at regional and national medical meetings, support Medical Information booth activities, and share real-world insights with internal colleagues.

Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in dermatology; allergy/immunology experience is preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships, identify medical engagement opportunities, and drive scientific engagement objectives.
• Understanding of clinical research methodologies and ability to independently evaluate and communicate scientific material.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and competing timelines.

Nice to have

• Dermatology or allergy/immunology experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business.
