Salary: $129,800–$148,400 per year

What you will do

  • Model advanced oncology nursing practice across patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate standards of care, policies, guidelines, equipment, technologies, and clinical practices.
  • Lead quality and process improvement initiatives and assess care quality and patient outcomes.
  • Identify clinical practice problems, review literature, and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Mentor nurses, nursing staff, and students while supporting professional development and curriculum design.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments and clinical leaders on programs, systems changes, research, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing required; a Clinical Nurse Specialist track or Doctor of Nursing Practice is preferred.
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts, including compact licensure.
  • At least 3 years of oncology nursing experience and 3 years of oncology experience.
  • Expertise in oncology nursing standards and evidence-based practice.
  • Oncology-specific certification required within 3 years of hire.
  • Strong communication, organization, mentoring, educational technology, and regulatory compliance skills.
