What you will do

• Develop and execute APAC marketing strategies for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB growth.
• Build integrated marketing plans that generate pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, webinars, events, email, and account-based marketing.
• Create nurture programs to improve lead conversion and accelerate pipeline progression.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, BDR teams, and Corporate Global Marketing on account strategies, launches, and regional campaign execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a demand generation team of two marketing managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
• Proven success partnering with Sales organizations to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Experience developing campaigns for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to work collaboratively and creatively toward performance targets.
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
