Overview

Lead the global FP&A function, guiding business performance and strategic priorities. Manage a growing team and financial planning infrastructure with exposure to executive leadership.

What you will do

• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team delivering critical financial insights
• Advise senior leaders with actionable financial data
• Lead financial planning cycles including budgets and forecasts
• Deliver financial reporting and performance analysis
• Develop financial models and dashboards for decision support
• Drive FP&A systems adoption and process improvements

Requirements

• Location: Austin, Texas, United States
• English: B2 level or higher
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance or related field; MBA or certifications a plus
• 6–8+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience with leadership
• Experience with FP&A tools and financial modeling
• Strong communication and ability to synthesize complex data
