Regional Personal Risk Select Practice Leader

What you will do

• Partner with recruiting to source, screen, hire, and onboard Personal Risk producers and brokers.
• Lead USI’s One Advantage Platform, including Omni, Network, and Enterprise solutions.
• Coach producers and staff to generate revenue, meet sales goals, and achieve organic growth.
• Drive prospecting, first appointments, pipeline quality, and new business closing activities.
• Partner with marketing and carrier organizations to place Personal Risk insurance and manage relationships.
• Run huddles, accompany producers on appointments, and foster cross-selling across practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in personal risk or personal lines brokerage sales.
• Appropriate insurance licensing is required.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Consultative, solutions-based selling approach and familiarity with proactive sales management.
• Motivational, collaborative leadership style with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to sell value through coverage and services rather than price.

Nice to have

• Prior leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• CPRIA, CISR, CIC, or similar insurance designation.
