Life Sales Support (Insurance)

What you will do

• Support downline agencies, agents, marketers, and office staff through telephone and email interactions.
• Provide case consultation, illustrations, product knowledge, and sales positioning for potential opportunities.
• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle, including licensing, contracting, new business, and application support.
• Follow up on product quotes, illustrations, and sales materials, and maintain agent activity in the company database.
• Support outbound calls promoting the company’s value proposition when needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of related sales experience; prior insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly, adapt to change, and handle customer interactions with confidence and tact.
• Iowa insurance license required within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license required.
