What you will do

• Translate business problems into data-related or mathematical solutions and recommend appropriate analytical methods and tools.
• Identify suitable data sources, perform initial data quality checks, and manage data quality issues, cleansing activities, access, and governance procedures.
• Design analytical reports, dashboards, and graphical representations for multiple data sets using appropriate visualization frameworks.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical tests, hypothesis analysis, and basic statistical modeling to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and correlations.
• Build data pipelines from multiple sources into a common data platform and maintain data integrity across product dashboards.
• Present findings to stakeholders, provide business recommendations, support product backlog prioritization, and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience.
• Experience building analytical reports and dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience performing analysis across multiple data sources using SQL and Python.
• Experience with predictive models using Python and KNIME, and data manipulation with Alteryx, SQL, and SAS.
• Experience with KPI definition and monitoring, data visualization, root cause analysis, and A/B testing.
• Experience building data pipelines and collaborating with stakeholders on product backlog prioritization and implementation.
