What you will do

• Own complex analytics projects end to end, managing implementation risks, business plans, priorities, resources, performance standards, and contingency plans.
• Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to identify business challenges, define success criteria, and provide strategic recommendations based on advanced research and analytics.
• Develop, test, validate, and implement data models, prototypes, and production-ready algorithms for complex business projects.
• Lead advanced analytics and data analysis strategies to support data-driven decision-making and anticipate trends.
• Collaborate with Categories, Customer Experience, Merchandising, software engineering, external business partners, and vendors.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Telecommunications Engineering, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience; or bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced market and business analytics using statistical methods to evaluate customer behavior and operational performance.
• SQL analysis of large structured datasets, including joins, aggregations, window functions, and subqueries across enterprise data warehouse platforms.
• Statistical modeling with regression, segmentation, and forecasting; predictive and descriptive modeling using Python or R.
• Designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate experiments, including test/control groups and statistical significance.
• Tableau dashboards, ETL and data transformation, data integrity checks, and documentation using Confluence and SharePoint.
