What you will do

• Align HR strategies with business area goals in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
• Advise leadership as an HR expert, client advocate, talent advisor, and strategic partner.
• Support organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and total rewards strategies.
• Develop leadership coaching and development opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and develop key talent and succession pipelines.
• Act as an HR Generalist for the business area leader’s direct reports.

Requirements

• At least four years of HR experience, including two years consulting with leaders on HR strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, and federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to have

• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
• MBA or master’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
