Senior Director - Global Benefits & Mobility (Medtech)

Base salary: $204,000–$283,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the global benefits, retirement, deferred compensation, and mobility strategy across approximately 50 jurisdictions in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Establish governance frameworks, approval processes, controls, audits, and compliance practices for global programs.
• Develop mobility policies covering domestic relocation, international transfers, permanent employee moves, and talent deployment.
• Oversee U.S. qualified and non-qualified retirement programs, including plan design, fiduciary oversight, administration, communications, and funding.
• Lead a global network of benefits and mobility professionals through coaching, development, and matrixed collaboration.
• Manage vendors, budgets, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and benefits and mobility integration during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in global benefits and retirement strategy, design, and administration.
• Experience leading global mobility programs and 10+ years of people leadership, including global and matrixed teams.
• Strong knowledge of global benefits and retirement regulations, market practices, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational transformations.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical ability, communication skills, and experience managing significant budgets and vendor relationships.
