Senior Global Mobility Partner

Location: New York, NY or Sunnyvale, CA, United States

Salary: $135,000–$198,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the global mobility strategy, operating model, policies, escalation paths, and decision rights.
• Oversee immigration case intake, filings, work authorization, sponsorship, visa transfers, and employee communications.
• Manage domestic and international relocations, cross-border employment, payroll handoffs, and relocation vendors.
• Build scalable workflows and reporting across Workday, Greenhouse, Asana, case-management tools, and vendor platforms.
• Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and business leaders on mobility decisions and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop one Global Mobility team member while managing vendors, budgets, escalations, and service standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, international HR, employment operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing US immigration programs and external immigration counsel.
• Experience with cross-border moves, relocations, work authorization, business travel, or international employment changes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience designing operational processes, controls, documentation, and service-level metrics.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, escalations, sensitive employee data, and at least one direct report or team member.
• Must meet applicable US export-control requirements, including US-person status or eligibility for required export authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience operating programs across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, or multinational organization.
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Asana, Fragomen Connect, EORs, global payroll, tax, benefits, or relocation systems.
• Professional certification or graduate-level study in immigration, global mobility, human resources, employment law, or a related field.
