Sr. Manager, Content Operations and Localization

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and scale content operations workflows, governance models, and processes for production, publishing, and localization.
• Improve CMS-driven intake, production, review, QA, and publishing workflows across markets and 36+ languages.
• Define operational KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and performance dashboards while resolving lifecycle bottlenecks.
• Manage translation operations, localization frameworks, automation initiatives, and emerging AI/MT and LLM-powered workflows.
• Own content operations and localization budgets, forecasting, spend tracking, ROI frameworks, and cost optimization.
• Manage localization vendors and partner with Compliance, Product, Marketing, and Regional teams to improve localized customer experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in localization, translation, or content operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience leading multiple operational teams through cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of content lifecycle management, translation quality frameworks, localization tools, CMS platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
• Ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and build scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Business Suite, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
• Experience with AI/MT and LLM-powered translation workflows.
