Director, Global Content Production (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the global content production capability and oversee a global team and production partner network.
• Operationalize the content supply chain across brands, markets, and channels.
• Deliver high-volume production projects across web, CRM, Veeva, digital, print, localization, and omnichannel channels.
• Manage production quality, speed, compliance, cost efficiency, and partner performance.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled production capabilities.
• Improve production efficiency, cycle times, content reuse, automation adoption, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 7 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience.
• Experience in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital or omnichannel content delivery.
• Leadership experience in global content production and operational delivery.
• Ability to manage production partners, vendors, and financial performance.
