Senior, HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Aiken PSR, United States; onsite at a high-volume manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Advise plant leadership on organizational design, workforce strategy, talent planning, and HR priorities.
• Translate business objectives into HR strategies supporting operational excellence, safety, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and ensure fair, policy-aligned resolutions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and capability development for hourly and salaried employees.
• Support labor strategy, workforce scheduling, attendance management, employment-law compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Lead compensation reviews, benefits education, leave management, policy implementation, HR reporting, and enterprise program deployment with HR centers of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Employment eligibility verification is required, and temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience in heavy manufacturing, automotive, rubber, or tire production.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
