What you will do
- Align the strategic agenda and best-in-class routines between global AFH commercial and culinary teams.
- Establish and deploy consistent KPI methodologies to measure culinary team results and the success of the global chef network.
- Execute the chef-led model globally and build toolkits that enable consistent delivery.
- Define how culinary teams support innovation, brand activations, and partnerships with key AFH customers.
- Build career plans and communicate progression opportunities and required skills to global culinary teams.
- Represent at conferences, industry events, and other external audiences.
Requirements
- Strong sales experience across multiple channels.
- Experience creating value for commercial partners and developing mutually beneficial joint value plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and execute best-in-class ways of working across large, multifunctional global teams.
- Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and P&Ls, with the ability to identify and track KPIs.
