What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with coffee roasters across Europe.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and origin teams to meet customer needs.
- Participate in coffee selection and curation processes.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions.
- Conduct market analysis to track trends, pricing, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Must be based in the EU and authorized to work in the EU
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in green coffee sales or trading in European markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global coffee markets, pricing mechanisms, and trading platforms.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in an additional European language.
