Business Analysis Advisor - Retail Bank Operations

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

hirify.global provides retail banking services and operates a broad Retail Bank Operations organization supporting branches, ATMs, lending, payments, cash processing, quality management, and process automation.

What you will do

• Research, collect, interpret, and document complex business requirements, processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Support audit, risk, access governance, control testing, remediation, and quarterly review activities.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing, track defects, validate releases, and coordinate communications with impacted branches and stakeholders.
• Create operational reports, analyze data, convert source files into Excel reports, and develop reporting solutions.
• Maintain procedures, knowledge-base content, teller scripts, training materials, presentations, and quick reference guides.
• Support projects, operational issue resolution, system access administration, and collaboration with business, technology, and training teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with business requirements, process modeling, data analysis, reporting, problem solving, and project management.
• Ability to work in the Pittsburgh office during EST business hours.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Waterfall model, effectiveness measurement, and software product business knowledge.
