Loan Servicing Team Lead

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; onsite full-time position

Salary: $20.00–$23.50 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each

What you will do

• Lead daily escrow administration and loan servicing operations.
• Assign exceptions and data integrity errors, monitor completion, and develop monitoring reports.
• Research, delegate, and resolve internal and external escalations.
• Provide operational direction, guidance, and measurement tools to meet service-level agreements.
• Perform quality control reviews, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review procedures, deliver training updates, and identify operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to analyze operational reports and identify inefficiencies.
• Ability to implement process improvements and manage escalations.
• Ability to lead by example.
