Supervisor, Commercial Loan Servicing (Accounting)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri 64105; hybrid schedule with three days in the office per week

Salary: $55,500–$74,500 annually

What you will do

• Supervise production staff preparing commercial loan documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and bank policy.
• Manage team workflow, priorities, service-level agreements, daily transactions, and operational risk.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop staff through coaching, training plans, development conversations, and day-to-day guidance.
• Identify process improvements and ensure production, accuracy, and timeliness goals are achieved.
• Communicate decisions, priorities, and complex information across different audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial loan servicing experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations and loan or legal documents.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with LaserPro, commercial banking, customer service or contact centers, and operations supervision.
