Inventory Control & Distribution Specialist (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Stafford Springs, Connecticut, United States; onsite in the B3 Staging Area and manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Receive, label, stock, and distribute incoming materials in the B3 Staging Area.
• Issue inventory to factory orders and fulfill manufacturing ticket requests using FIFO procedures.
• Complete assigned cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain shelf-life materials, ESD controls, and an organized staging area.
• Break down stockroom kits by operation for delivery to the production floor.
• Resolve material-handling issues, maintain a clean and safe work area, and cross-train within the Materials Department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear written and verbal English communication and the ability to understand and follow procedures.
• Ability to count accurately, use scales and calculators, and work with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with manufacturing and other departments.
• Regular attendance and a commitment to workplace safety are essential.
• Prior materials experience is preferred; PCB experience is desirable.
