Inventory Control Associate (Oracle ERP)

What you will do

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts and records in WMS and Oracle ERP.
• Process inbound and outbound inventory operations, receiving transactions, material movements, intercompany transfers, RMAs, and purchase orders.
• Validate ERP inventories against physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare inventory balance and shortage reports.
• Process recycle, destruction, and non-conforming material loads in Agile.
• Maintain finished goods, raw materials, sub-assemblies, and in-house materials according to storage and FIFO rotation procedures.
• Organize warehouse storage and support safety, GMP, quality, housekeeping, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or a similar manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum professional proficiency in a foreign language.
• Regular and predictable attendance and compliance with safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.

Nice to have

• 4 years of experience in inventory control or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience managing people or projects.
