Planning Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own the factory production plan, ensuring plans are timely, feasible, and aligned with factory capacity.
• Monitor planned losses, resolve constraints, and drive actions to improve OEE and delivery performance.
• Manage material stock health, safety-stock strategy, purchase-order timing, and stock-high or stock-low situations.
• Lead medium- and long-term planning for strategic materials such as tomato paste and review material risks.
• Line-manage the planning team through daily direction, coaching, appraisals, and performance conversations.
• Coordinate planning across production, logistics, quality, procurement, S&OP, suppliers, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Knowledge of production processes and inventory management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, numerical, communication, influencing, and challenging skills.
• Attention to detail, process-improvement capability, and the ability to connect local and central teams.
• HBO or WO education level.
