Procurement Specialist (Medtech)

What you will do

• Provide global procurement support for manufacturing operations categories.
• Conduct detailed spend and market analysis for targeted procurement areas.
• Develop RFIs and RFPs, lead supplier negotiations, and support contracting.
• Lead or support complex cross-functional sourcing projects and track their expected benefits.
• Implement sourcing strategies and preferred suppliers across European sites.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and report on category activity.

Requirements

• University degree in business, supply chain, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of category management experience with multinational organizations.
• Experience in stakeholder, people, and project management, including coordination of parallel sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, critical-thinking, and risk-management skills.
• Experience with Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, amendments, and NDAs.
• Understanding of procurement processes, supply markets, suppliers, products, pricing models, and contract terms.

Nice to have

• Experience with MRP, JDE, SAP, or Microsoft Office.
