Therapy Development Specialist (CRRT) - Mid-Atlantic Region (MD, VA, Central PA)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland; ideal candidates reside in Maryland, Virginia, and/or Central Pennsylvania. Travel up to 50% overnight is required, including customer-site, regional, national conference, and occasional global business travel.

Salary: $104,000–$115,000 annually, excluding potential commission or other incentives.

What you will do

• Manage and grow CRRT therapy utilization in existing contracted hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with Territory Business Managers on strategic goals, therapy growth, pricing, contracts, and renewals.
• Build consultative relationships with nephrology, pulmonary, critical care, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Educate and train critical care staff on CRRT therapy and the product portfolio.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and lead incremental machine sales and CRRT product penetration.
• Support the Clinical Educator – CRRT with customer-site training logistics.

Requirements

• RN or BSN preferred, with at least 3 years of critical care medicine experience in ICU or ED; candidates without a nursing degree may qualify with 8+ years of medical device, training, and related experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, and/or at least 2 years delivering CRRT in a hospital ICU.
• Experience with capital equipment sales and conceptual selling to physicians and hospitals is desirable.
• Strong product and therapy expertise, with the ability to solve complex clinical or technical problems proactively.
• Ability to teach and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, customers, physicians, nurses, and medical staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to collaborate in a team and matrixed organization.
