What you will do
- Order, pick, fill, and prepare customer orders in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Coordinate sample shipments with supply chain, Innovations, sales personnel, customers, and other locations.
- Prepare shipping documents according to customer requirements and handle warehouse paperwork.
- Communicate daily with the Warehouse Lead about receiving and shipping orders.
- Perform material handling for domestic and international orders, assist with cycle counts, and support daily warehouse closing.
- Follow federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience or education in manufacturing, laboratory, military, or a related field.
- Material-handling and forklift experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- High-level proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and management.
- Knowledge of GMP practices for the care, handling, and storage of food products, and ability to safely lift 55 pounds.
