Inventory Control Associate (SAP)

Location: Denton, Texas, USA. Onsite Sunday–Thursday, 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., with required overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Reconcile physical and system inventory, investigate variances, and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory locations, storage identification, material traceability, and slotting efficiency.
• Execute inventory adjustments and verify inbound receipts, outbound shipments, returns, and production consumption in SAP and warehouse systems.
• Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, transfers, physical counts, audits, and error-free order fulfillment.
• Monitor aging, obsolete, damaged, and slow-moving inventory and provide disposition recommendations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics while supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Ship Exec, and PPG.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and demonstrate leadership capability.
• Willingness to operate forklifts at heights up to 30 feet and repeatedly lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work the specified overnight schedule with overtime.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF guns.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience.
• Prior inventory control experience.
• Forklift experience, including reach trucks, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, or dock stockers.
