Material Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; on-site, 2nd shift

Salary: $23.23+ per hour, including the 2nd shift premium.

What you will do

• Coordinate parts and materials for manufacturing departments and support production throughput.
• Use ERP systems and computer tools to transact inventory, investigate discrepancies, and track parts.
• Manage warehouse pick schedules, line-side inventory, material presentation, work orders, labels, and cycle-counting activities.
• Locate, identify, verify, and deliver parts across work centers, branch plants, and facility areas.
• Operate forklifts, tow motors, tractors, carts, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with training new staff and process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous warehousing and material-handling experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other powered industrial or material-handling equipment safely.
• Ability to use ERP systems, computers, email, and inventory-tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and manipulate parts or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds and remain standing, sitting, and walking throughout the shift.
• Ability to work the required hours, maintain excellent attendance, and work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Pierce team member or contractor.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and proficient computer skills.
