Investment Real Estate Banker 3 (Commercial Banking)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States; primary office at 501 Fayetteville Street. Frequent driving is required.

What you will do

• Market, underwrite, and manage portfolios of income-producing real estate assets.
• Solicit, evaluate, authorize, or recommend commercial, real estate, and mortgage loans.
• Meet with clients and prospects, explain loan options, collect application materials, and calculate payment schedules.
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit history, property evaluations, tax returns, and corporate financial statements.
• Manage borrower relationships, cross-sell banking products, and develop referral networks.
• Maintain loan files, manage delinquencies and credit reporting, resolve borrower issues, and support asset quality.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• At least 7 years of related experience in lending, banking, or a customer-focused business relationship role.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent project management, communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive frequently for work.
