Credit Analyst I (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: In office at 18111 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine, California, US 92612

Salary: $25.93–$41.43 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support credit underwriting and proactive portfolio management for commercial real estate clients.
• Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers, guarantors, and sponsors.
• Monitor portfolio performance through periodic reviews and covenant tracking.
• Analyze credit data, market and industry reports, and trendcards.
• Prepare credit presentations and support risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across bank divisions and participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning credit management, lending operations, underwriting, and risk management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills and an ability to learn how to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work from the designated Irvine office.
