Senior Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid from the Sydney or Melbourne office, Australia

What you will do

• Consult with customers to identify pain points, use cases, and opportunities for the hirify.global platform.
• Design and build technical solutions, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and supporting materials.
• Present solutions to prospects and customers remotely and in person, including to executive stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial proposals and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests.
• Partner with sales, product, marketing, engineering, and field teams to convert leads, support deployments, and grow customer relationships.
• Maintain technical sales assets and documentation and represent the developer platform at industry events and meetups.

Requirements

• Previous solutions engineering or sales engineering experience at a fast-growing SaaS technology company.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of activities with changing priorities.
• Experience with enterprise applications, architecture, database objects, and integration technologies.
• Police background check required for employment.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise content management, content services, or enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of records management, privacy, and data compliance for enterprise and government customers.
• Experience with pricing, revenue management, and quote or bid practices.
• Experience serving highly regulated industries such as government, finance, or oil and gas.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
