Solutions Engineer/Solutions Consultant (Internship)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles.

What you will do

• Support RFX, DemoX, and Value Engineering activities within the Solution Engineering Center of Excellence.
• Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered tools and automations that reduce repetitive work and improve the productivity of more than 100 Solution Engineers.
• Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and co-lead scalable tools, templates, and best-practice initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders across go-to-market, product management, and marketing.
• Contribute to competitive engagements and help account teams differentiate hirify.global from other vendors.
• Translate customer business challenges into product solutions and communicate their strategic and quantitative value.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Technology & Management, Business & Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in building tools and automations that solve practical problems.
• Prior internship experience in management consulting, solution engineering, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Structured, data-driven approach to complex and ambiguous problems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement through a university.
