Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Spain, with an office in Barcelona. Eligibility to work in Spain is required.

What you will do

• Resolve complex customer inquiries involving APIs, custom embeds, integrations, and product configuration.
• Conduct technical discovery, validate project feasibility, scope solutions, and estimate delivery effort.
• Build and maintain custom integrations using JavaScript, APIs, Cloudflare, Pipedream, n8n, and external platforms.
• Report software bugs and share customer issue trends with Product and Engineering.
• Create technical documentation, internal tools, automations, dashboards, and analytics reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on customer projects, pre-sales activities, technical content, and use-case demonstrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS, APIs, HTTP requests, API documentation, third-party services, automations, and data flows.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for lightweight front-end components and embedded experience customization.
• Experience with dashboards, internal tools, process documentation, and managing multiple requests under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with eligibility to work in Spain.

• Fluency with AI tools and their practical application.
• Experience independently building products, tools, or projects end to end.
• Experience supporting Sales and Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
